Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil earthworks or related heavy construction fields, with a focus on managing earthmoving operations.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience: Ability to lead and manage a team of operators, laborers, and subcontractors effectively.
- Expertise in earthmoving processes: Knowledge of excavation, grading, trenching, soil stabilization, drainage, and other key earthworks activities.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols: Experience enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety plans.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with project managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with heavy construction equipment: Familiarity with bulldozers, excavators, graders, scrapers, and other earthmoving machinery.
- Strong problem-solving abilities: Ability to adapt to challenges on-site and find practical, efficient solutions.
- Valid driver's license (Required)
